The US Senate voted to provide assistance to Ukraine on a bipartisan basis (70-29). Yet, a vote on a Ukraine assistance package has not been scheduled in the US House by Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA). The delay in sending assistance to Ukraine has emboldened Russia, resulting in needless deaths in Ukraine and increased aggressive actions by Russia towards the three Baltic countries, including hybrid attacks to destabilize their societies.
