Estonia is ranked the highest among Baltics in terms of economic freedom

Latvia is ranked 56th in terms of economic freedom worldwide, according to a report by the “Heritage Foundation” think tank and “The Wall Street Journal”. In 2009, Latvia was ranked 50th. Estonia is ranked 14th, up by two positions from the 2009 index, whereas Lithuania is ranked 24th, up by five positions, compared to 2009.
