Estonia captures 41th place on the medals table, Latvia – 47 and Lithuania – 54 at Olympics

After the 14th day of the Olympic Games in Beijing, Thursday, Lithuania, which has won two silver and three bronze medals, captured the 54rd place on the medals table, reports ELTA.

The Estonian sportsmen, who have won one gold and one silver medals, is on the 41st position and the Latvian sportsmen with a gold and a bronze medal share the 47th position on the medals table.

Chinese sportsmen, who have won 83 medals – 46 gold, 15 silver and 22 bronze, do not move from the leading position.

The U.S. athletes occupy the second place with 29 gold, 34 silver and 32 bronze medals. Great Britain can boast the third position with 17 gold, 12 silver and 11 bronze medals.
